What hours are the office open?

The leasing office is open Monday-Friday 9am-7pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday from Noon-4pm.

Where is Campus View located?

Campus View Apartments is located at 301 Campus View Dr. in Columbia, MO.  Right off of Providence Road. We are approximately 1 mile from MU’s Campus.

Do you offer roommate matching?

While we do not guarantee anyone the perfect roommate we will do our best to pair our residents together, in any apartment, using the applications and roommate matching forms to the best of our abilities.  This service is provided to all residents in both the 4 bedroom and 2 bedroom.

Are your apartments fully furnished and what does this mean?

Yes all of our apartments are fully furnished. This come with full size washer and dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven, couch, end table, coffee table and side chair, 37” flat screen t.v. in living room, full size beds, dresser, night stand, built-in desk w/ chair, with 2 sinks in each bathroom. Also your rent will include free high-speed internet and expanded cable.

What are the amenities at Campus View?

Our amenities include: 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour computer lab, free tanning, clubhouse with pool table and foosball table, tennis courts, volleyball courts and basketball courts, pool and hot tub.
